Working PrincipleThe hammer crusher mainly relies on the impact energy to complete the crushing material operation. The material enters the crusher and is broken by the impact of the high-speed rotary hammer. The broken material obtains kinetic energy from the hammer head, and rushes toward the baffle and sieve bar in the frame at high speed, at the same time, the materials collide with each other and are broken several times, the material smaller than the gap between the screens is discharged from the gap. The individual larger materials are again crushed by the impact, grinding and extrusion of the hammer on the sieve bar, and the material is extruded from the gap by the hammer to obtain the product of the desired particle size.
